SunSirs: Cost Supports, Cement Price in East China is Willing to Rise
November 25 2022 13:35:56SunSirs(Selena)

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the cement market in East China has been shaken and consolidated recently, with the price of 407.00 RMB/ ton. The current price has dropped by 34.88% year on year.

Recently, cement prices in some parts of East China have fluctuated and consolidated. It can be seen from the above figure that the cement market has been weak in recent years and continues to consolidate this week. Recently, the price of raw materials and fuel materials has risen, and the cost of cement production has risen significantly. However, the downstream demand has not recovered well. The rise of cement is brewing, mainly due to the temporary market shock and consolidation.

The coking coal market is operating steadily and well this week, and the purchase intention of downstream coking enterprises has recovered slightly in the near future. With the market warming, the ordering situation in the mining area has improved to a certain extent, the market shipment situation is good, and the on-site inventory is normal. The price of some kinds of coal has risen slightly, and the mentality of the mining area is good.

Downstream: The downstream capital problem still exists, and the demand recovery is poor. Specifically, the real estate investment margin has weakened again, and it is still bottoming out in the short term, with weak support for the cement market.

According to the prediction of SunSirs, the overall market demand and sales are average at present, but the support for the rise of raw materials is strong. Therefore, the cement product analysts of SunSirs believe that China cement market is mainly rising slightly in a short time.
