Analysis review

According to data from SunSirs’ bulk list, as of November 22, the average price of ECH companies was 12,933.33 RMB/ton, an increase of 3.47% compared with the beginning of the week, and an increase of 14.45% compared with October 22. The enthusiasm for downstream purchases was average on weekends, the sales of goods by the holders were blocked, the atmosphere of market negotiations was weak, and the market conditions weakened.

Upstream propylene, this week (11.16~11.20) Shandong propylene market rose over the weekend. According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, since November 1st, the price of propylene has been corrected after a sharp drop at the end of October. By the 5th, it has risen by 200-250 RMB/ton. After a short period of stable price, it fell slightly by about 100 RMB/ton the 8th and 9th.and it stabilized again. On the 12th, it rose again by 50 RMB/ton and fluctuated slightly again. The stability was mainly held. On the 19th, there was an upward trend again, with an upward trend of 50-100 RMB/ton, and a general increase of about 100 RMB/ton again on the 22nd. The current market transaction is between 6,980-7,300 RMB/ton, and the mainstream price is around 7,000 RMB/ton. The inventory of the manufacturer is now controllable and the sales situation is relatively satisfactory.

For downstream epoxy resins, the epoxy resin market was organized and operated on November 20, and the cost pressure eased slightly. Liquid resins were mainly offered firmly, while solid resins had price but no market.

Market outlook

The ECH analyst of SunSirs believes that the price of raw material propylene has risen recently, the cost is supported to a certain extent, the enthusiasm for downstream purchases is average, and the transaction is still deadlocked.
