On April 7th, the average market price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in China was 5,666 RMB/ton, and the price of chlorinated paraffin 52 fell by 1.16% this week.

Analysis review

The market price of chlorinated paraffin fell slightly this week. This week, the price of raw material liquid chlorine fell first and then rose, while the price of raw material liquid wax increased. Cost side support was still acceptable. But downstream demand was weak, and the market transaction atmosphere was poor. As of April 7th, the factory price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Anhui region was about 6,200 RMB/ton, the factory price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Northeast region was about 5,500-5,800 RMB/ton, and the factory price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Shandong region was about 5,100-5,500 RMB/ton.

In terms of raw material liquid wax, the price of liquid wax was stable and improving this week, with a good trading atmosphere. This week, crude oil prices significantly increased, and liquid wax fluctuated with the crude oil market. In terms of raw material liquid chlorine, the price of liquid chlorine was initially suppressed and then increased this week, and the transaction in the liquid chlorine market was smooth.

Market outlook
