Product: DDGS prices remain weak this week. The main quotation in Shandong Province is 1,850 RMB/ ton, with a price drop of 100 RMB/ton. The main quotation in Jilin Province is 1,650 RMB/ton, with a price drop of 30 RMB/ ton. The main quotation in Henan Province is 1,800 RMB/ton, with a flat price. In the new season of raw materials, the pressure of corn listing has doubled and the price has continued to fall. The demand of the terminal breeding industry has been depressed, and the price of DDGS has been weak and falling.

Industry chain: the main production area has a serious backlog of corn grain sources in the new season, and the price continues to bottom out. Because of the weather, transportation in the main production area is blocked. The market transaction of corn is generally fair and the price is weak. The demand of terminal aquaculture industry is low. Aquaculture has entered the off-season and multiple negative factors are superimposed. The price of DDGS is low.

3. Market Analysis

DDGS analysts believe that: on the eve of the Spring Festival, farmers will increase their willingness to sell grain, and raw corn may continue to decline. It is difficult for the terminal to improve in the short term, and DDGS may continue to decline in the future.
