Price trend

The recent trend of the domestic PA66 market was sideways. According to data monitoring from SunSirs, the average ex factory price of PA66 in China on April 21st was 20,000 RMB/ton, with a price decrease of 1.64% compared to the beginning of the month.

Analysis review

In terms of supply, as of the 21st, the overall load of the domestic PA66 industry was close to over 70%, basically unchanged from last week. Enterprise operations continued to lean towards destocking, and the inventory pressure was average. On the upstream side, the raw material of hexamethylene diamine fluctuated narrowly, while the adipic acid aspect was initially driven by the upstream and increased, but the industry load was relatively high, and it was sideways after rising due to continuous pressure. The PA66 raw material end had average support for spot goods. In terms of demand, the situation was stable with some weaknesses, and terminal enterprises kept purchasing goods as demand. Buyers generally had strong resistance towards high priced sources of goods. It is expected that PA66 may continue to consolidate its market in the short term.
