According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the styrene market slightly declined on April 13th. The price of styrene in Shandong was 8,495.00 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.10% compared to the previous trading day and a year-on-year decrease of 10.58%.
Analysis review
International oil prices continued to rise, and cost support was still acceptable. However, there had been a recent increase in domestic supply and there had been no significant increase in downstream demand, styrene lacked power for rise.

It is expected that the styrene market will fluctuate and decline in the short term.
