The market price of titanium concentrate in the Panxi region had stabilized at a high level. As of March 15th, the price of 38-42 grade titanium ore without tax was around 1,580-1,620 RMB/ton, the price of 46 grade 10 titanium concentrate without tax was around 2,300 RMB/ton, and the price of 47 grade 20 titanium concentrate was around 2,350-2,480 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
As of March 15th, titanium ore spot prices remained tight, and downstream titanium dioxide companies were operating at high prices. However, under cost pressure, there was a strong wait-and-see attitude towards the titanium ore market, with a focus on demand and cautious procurement.
Market outlook
In the short term, the market price of titanium concentrate is mainly strong, and the actual transaction price is negotiable.
