According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the average market price of domestic rapeseed was 6,315 RMB/ton on January 1 and 7,184 RMB/ton on December 30, up 13.76%.

At the beginning of the year, the supply of domestic rapeseed market was tight. As the Spring Festival approached, the market was shut down for maintenance, and the delivery of rapeseed was limited. Domestic rapeseed was mainly weak and stable. Before the winter vegetable seeds came into the market, the domestic rapeseed was green and yellow. The market price of domestic rapeseed was high in 2022. Before the launch of new rapeseed, the purchase and sales of old rapeseed market were weak. In May, new rapeseed came into the market one after another, and large oil plants were actively acquiring. The supply of rapeseed fell short of demand, supporting the rise in the price of domestic rapeseed. The price of domestic rapeseed was at a high level, and farmers are highly motivated to sell rapeseed. Hubei's local large oil plants are heavily subsidized, accelerating the purchase and sales of rapeseed this year. The purchase and sales of rapeseed market slowed down in late June, and the price fell back.

In September, rapeseed harvest began, and the northern rapeseed came into the market sporadically. In October, the domestic winter vegetable seed market had few supplies, which was good for its price. After the National Day holiday, spring rapeseed has been on the market, with less output than winter rapeseed and higher quotation. The supply of rapeseed market was concentrated in the hands of traders. In 2022, the rapeseed inventory was lower than last year, and the market was bullish. The supply of domestic rapeseed gradually decreased in November, supporting the price of domestic rapeseed. Affected by domestic public events, the circulation of rapeseed in production and marketing areas was blocked, and the market was not good. The quotation of domestic rapeseed was mainly strong. In December, the domestic epidemic policy was relaxed, the circulation of rapeseed in the production and marketing areas was improved, and the New Year's Day and Spring Festival were approaching, so the market demand was good.

In 2022, the price of domestic rapeseed mainly rose, and the price focus continued to move upward, with only a few months of price decline.

At the beginning of 2023, the rapeseed market quotation is firm. Affected by public events, the downstream delivery speed is average, and most of them are purchased on demand. Before the winter vegetable seeds are listed, it is expected that the trend of China domestic rapeseed will be strong.
