SunSirs: Statistics on Imports of Rapeseed Oil, Soybean Oil, and Rapeseed from the 27 EU Countries as of April 13

According to data from the European Commission, the import volume of vegetable oils in the EU for 2024/25 has fallen behind the same period last year. As of April 13th, the import volume of rapeseed oil from the 27 EU countries in 2024/25 (starting from July 1st) was 180,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 54%, and a year-on-year decrease of 58% last week.
According to data from the European Commission, the import volume of vegetable oils in the EU for 2024/25 has fallen behind the same period last year. As of April 13th, the import volume of soybean oil from the 27 EU countries in 2024/25 (starting from July 1st) was 210,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 53%, and a year-on-year decrease of 55% last week.
According to data from the European Commission, the overall import volume of EU oilseeds in 2024/25 is higher than last year. As of April 13, the import volume of rapeseed from the 27 EU countries in 2024/25 (starting from July 1) was about 5.34 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 16%, and a year-on-year increase of 14% last week.
