The domestic ethanol market price remained stable. In most regions, the quotations of enterprises were stable, and transactions were mainly based on rigid demand.

On the cost side, the market corn price continued to run steadily. There was no significant change in the quotations of port traders, and the new season wheat continued to be listed. All enterprises paid more attention to the price of wheat. Wheat and corn were basically the same price in some feed mills, and wheat had a greater substitution advantage. The cost side of ethanol was affected by negative factors.

On the supply side, the 100,000-ton annual production unit of Dongfeng in Jilin, the 120,000-ton annual production unit of Chengde Mountain Resort in Hebei, the 300,000-ton annual production unit of Jinyimeng in Shandong, and the 150,000-ton annual production unit of Dongcheng in Jiangsu were shut down; the 300,000-ton annual production units of Guotou Tieling, Guotou Hailun, and Guotou Jidong were shut down for maintenance; the 500,000-ton annual production unit of Jufeng in LiaoRMB was shut down for a long time. Hongzhan Laha resumed feeding after a short stop. It is difficult for the ethanol supply to have major positive factors.

On the demand side, the demand for liquor did not fluctuate much, and there was a rigid demand for replenishment in the downstream of the chemical industry. The short-term impact on ethanol demand was general.

Forecast for the future market, the market supply side will basically maintain rigid demand due to the resumption of Hongzhan Jixian's equipment and the increase in the supply of fermented ethanol. Analysts of ethanol at SunSirs predict that the domestic ethanol market will be consolidated in the short term.
