Consulting firm Inform released a report on Monday, lowering Ukraine's estimated grain exports for 2024/2025 (July to June) by 1.9 million tons, from the earlier forecast of 39.1 million tons to 37.2 million tons, mainly due to lower than expected corn production and exports.
The company expects Ukraine's corn exports to be 20 million tons in 2024/2025, lower than the earlier estimate of 22.5 million tons, as corn production is expected to decrease from 26.8 million tons to 24 million tons.
