On March 10, the average purchase price of Grade A waste yellow paperboard in Zhejiang was 1,548 RMB/ton, down 5.84% from the average price of 1,644 RMB/ton on March 5. The price decline of corrugated paper expanded. The average ex-factory price of 140g corrugated base paper on March 10 was 3,038 RMB/ton, down 2.19% from the average price of 3,106 RMB/ton on March 5.

Analysis review

According to the observation of market changes, the price of domestic waste paper continued to decline from south to north this week. Under the general situation of downstream finished paper market orders, the demand for waste paper in the paper mill was weak, so the price of waste paper continued to decline to reduce the arrival of waste paper. In terms of the price of corrugated base paper, the price decline this week had expanded. With the increase of inventory pressure of some paper enterprises and the continuous decline of raw material and waste paper prices, the decline of corrugated paper prices had expanded.
