On March 8, the market price of domestic sulfuric acid was 265.00 RMB/ton, a slight increase, 8.33 RMB/ton higher than that on March 7, an increase of 3.25%, and a year-on-year decrease of 67.28%.

Analysis review

From the perspective of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, the upstream sulfur market had risen slightly recently and the cost support had increased. The market price of titanium dioxide in the downstream rose slightly. The downstream customers were more enthusiastic about purchasing sulfuric acid, and the product trend was upward under the contradiction between supply and demand.

Market outlook

In the near future, the domestic sulfuric acid market price may rise slightly in shock, with the average market price around 280 RMB/ton.
