Most major refineries in the province maintained stable prices, with downstream companies replenishing inventories on demand. Market activity was driven by demand, and the market remained subdued.
On October 14, the mainstream spot quotation range of toluene market in East China was 5,240-5,270 RMB/ton, down 10 RMB/ton from the previous trading day. As of October 14, downstream purchases were on demand, the market negotiation atmosphere was light, and the spot market fluctuated narrowly with small fluctuations in quotations. It is expected that the market will continue to fluctuate narrowly.
On October 14, the international toluene market closed down 1 cent/gallon: the FOB USG October closing price was 306.25-306.35 cents/gallon, and the FOB USG November closing price was 302.25-302.35 cents/gallon.
