According to the analysis system of the commodity market of SunSirs, the average price of PS at the beginning of this week was 9,633 RMB/ton, and the average price of PS over the weekend was 9,633 RMB/ton. The price remained stable and decreased by 1.03% compared to the same period last year.
Narrow consolidation of the PS market, with mainstream brand prices excluding taxes as reference: Taiwan Taihua 5250 quoted 9,700 RMB/ton, Ningbo Taihua 535N quoted 9,750 RMB/ton, Shanghai SECCO 123P quoted 9,100 RMB/ton, Thai Petrochemical 150 quoted 9,150 RMB/ton, Guangzhou Petrochemical 525 quoted 8,860-8,880 RMB/ton, Hong Kong Petrochemical 1841H quoted 9,650 RMB/ton.
PS (Polystyrene) petrochemical manufacturers have gradually stopped reporting, and cost support is still acceptable. Some merchants have withdrawn from the market and are observing, resulting in a weak market atmosphere. The mainstream price of GPPS (Polystyrene Sulfide) in the East China market is between 9,000-10,350 RMB/ton, and the mainstream price of HIPS (Polystyrene) is between 9,550-10,550 RMB/ton.
The PS market has been gradually delisted and observed before the holiday, and it is expected that the short-term domestic PS (polystyrene) price will mainly fluctuate.
