The price decreased slightly by 0.70%, and a decrease of 11.63% compared to the same period last year.

Mainstream brand quotation without tax reference: Zhenjiang Qimei PG33 quoted 9,430 RMB/ton, Taiwan Taihua 5250 quoted 9,800 RMB/ton, Ningbo Taihua 535N quoted 8,500 RMB/ton, Shanghai SECCO 123P quoted 8,900 RMB/ton, Thai Petrochemical 150 quoted 8,830 RMB/ton, Guangzhou Petrochemical 525 quoted 8,320 RMB/ton, Hong Kong Petrochemical 1841H quoted 8,400 RMB/ton.
The international crude oil market closed down, styrene prices rose and explored, while downstream buying followed up poorly, making it difficult for merchants to boost their confidence. The mainstream price of GPPS (polyphenylene sulfide) in the East China market was between 8,400 and 10,050 RMB/ton, while the mainstream price of HIPS (polystyrene) was between 9,000 and 10,400 RMB/ton.

The downstream purchasing interest of PS is not good, and it is expected that the PS (polystyrene) market will be mainly volatile and weaker in the short term.
