According to customs statistics, China will import about 130,000 tons of cotton in October 2022, an increase of about 40,000 tons from the previous month, and a year-on-year increase of about 104.1%.
From January to October 2022, China imported about 1.59 million tons of cotton, a year-on-year decrease of about 17.0%.
In 2021/22 (2022.9-10), China will import about 220,000 tons of cotton, a year-on-year increase of about 69.2%
