On October 11, the commodity price index (BPI) was 1,075 points, up 1 point from yesterday, down 19.96% from 1,343 points (2021-10-19), the highest point in the cycle, and up 62.88% from 660 points, the lowest point on February 3, 2016. (Note: the cycle refers to the period from December 1, 2011 to the present.

According to the price monitoring of the business community, on October 11, 2022, there were 63 kinds of commodities that rose on a month on month basis in the list of commodity price rises and falls, concentrated in the chemical sector (24 kinds in total) and the textile sector (11 kinds in total). The top three commodities that rose were TDI (4.67%), n-propanol (4.38%) and nickel (3.68%). There were 43 kinds of commodities that declined month on month, mainly in chemical industry (13 kinds in total) and energy (7 kinds in total). The top three commodities that declined were methanol (-4.66%), DMF (-3.37%) and bisphenol A (-2.81%). The daily average rise and fall was 0.12%. ​
