In July, the total electricity consumption of the society was 1022.6 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 8.6% year-on-year. From the perspective of electricity consumption by industry, the electricity consumption in the first industry was 17 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 20.2% year-on-year; the electricity consumption in the second industry was 593.6 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 4.7% year-on-year; the electricity consumption in the third industry was 208.1 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 10.7% year-on-year; the electricity consumption for urban and rural residents' lives was 203.9 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 18.0% year-on-year.
From January to July, the total electricity consumption of the society accumulated 5,863.3 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 4.5% year-on-year, among which the electricity generation of the industrial enterprises above designated size was 5,470.3 billion kilowatt-hours. From the perspective of electricity consumption by industry, the electricity consumption of the first industry was 84.7 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 10.8% year-on-year; the electricity consumption of the second industry was 3,740.3 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 2.8% year-on-year; the electricity consumption of the third industry was 1,125.1 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 7.8% year-on-year; the electricity consumption of urban and rural residents for living was 913.2 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 7.6% year-on-year.
