The US Department of Agriculture's Export Inspection Weekly Report shows that the inspection volume of US corn exports last week was at the lower end of the expected range, a decrease of 31% month on month and a decrease of 14% year-on-year. As of the week of August 14, 2025, the inspection volume of US corn exports was 1,050,715 tons, compared to the revised 1,522,561 tons last week and 1,217,576 tons in the same period last year.

The United States did not ship corn to China this week, and it did not ship corn to China last week either.

So far in 2024/25, the inspection volume of US corn exports has been 64,219,596 tons, a year-on-year increase of 28.0%, an increase of 29.0% last week, and an increase of 28.4% two weeks ago.

So far in 2024/25, the inspection volume of corn exports has reached 89.7% of the revised target set by the US Department of Agriculture, up from 90.4% last week.
