July 17 2023 14:30:05SunSirs(John)

Price trend

According to the price monitoring data of SunSirs, as of July 14, 2023, the reference price of domestic n-propanol was 7,766 RMB/ton. Compared with July 7, 2023 (reference price of n-propanol was 7,833 RMB/ton), the price was reduced by 67 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.85%.

Analysis review

From the data monitoring chart of SunSirs, it can be seen that this week (7.7-7.14), the overall market situation of domestic n-propanol showed a slight decline. This week, some suppliers of n-propanol in Shandong region lowered their outbound prices of n-propanol by a narrow margin, around 100-200 RMB/ton. The main factors affecting the narrow decline in market prices were small price adjustments by some factories and adjustments made by some suppliers based on their own inventory and shipment situation. As of July 14th, the market price of n-propanol in the Shandong region of China was around 7,000-7,500 RMB/ton, and the higher price was around 7,800 RMB/ton. The market for n-propanol in Nanjing was relatively stable. Distributors in different regions still had reservations about prices, and the difficulty in monitoring prices might lead to differences in specific negotiation situations. Each region also had differences, and the actual order was mainly based on negotiation.

Market outlook

As of the 14th, the overall trading atmosphere in the n-propanol market was relatively quiet, downstream users continued to purchase just in demand. According to the n-propanol data analyst from SunSirs, in the short term, the domestic n-propanol market is mainly subject to narrow adjustment and operation, and the specific trend still needs to pay more attention to changes in supply and demand news.
