According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of glass rose slightly last week. The average price of glass was 24.02 RMB/ m2 on February 18 and 24.08 RMB/ m2 on February 20. The price rose by 0.25% in the week.
In the first week after the Spring Festival, with the downstream traders returning to work one after another, the production enterprises have begun to leave the warehouse one after another. In terms of different regions, Shahe in North China has been in good condition recently, and the quotations of some manufacturers have been increased by about 0.2-0.3 RMB/ m2. The overall market trend in East China and South China is relatively stable, and the price basically remains unchanged. The price of some glass manufacturers in Central China increased by about 0.2 RMB/ m2. Some manufacturers in Southwest China have good confidence, and the quotation is increased by about 0.2-0.3 RMB/ m2. Northeast, northwest glass trend is general, downstream processing enterprises have not yet started, manufacturers shipping is not frequent.
Last week, China glass prices rose slightly, market confidence is good. In the upper reaches, the price of LNG and petroleum coke is upward, while the price of soda ash is rising steadily. Most downstream processing enterprises and traders began to resume production. According to the prediction of SunSirs, in the short term, the glass market has good confidence, and the price gradually inclines upward.
