1. Market trend of magnesium market in 2020
On August 25, 2020, domestic magnesium ingots (99.9%, no pickling, simple packaging) ex-factory cash including tax prices were operating weakly and steadily. The overall range is 12,700-13,000 yuan/ton. Real-order negotiation is the main focus.
2. Specific price range in each region
Fugu area ex-factory exchange tax is 12,750-12,900 yuan/ton; Taiyuan area is 12,800-12,900 yuan/ton; Wenxi area is 128,500-13,000 yuan/ton; Ningxia area is 12,750-12850 yuan/ton.
Magnesium ingots are national standard (GB/T3499-2011) primary magnesium ingots; non-pickling, no wooden pallets, and non-payment of acceptance price, actual order negotiation is the main focus.
According to data from SunSirs, the average domestic market price on the 25th was RMB 12,883.330/ton, a decrease of 0.39% from the average market price of RMB 12,933.33/ton at the beginning of August (8.1), and a decrease of 0.39% from the average market price of RMB 14,166.67/ton at the beginning of the year (1.1). 9.06%. Magnesium ingot prices have been weak and stable recently, and the trend has been relatively flat.
At present, there is not much trading in the market, and the downstream demand is mainly purchased. Due to poor export shipments, domestic market supply and demand are weakly supported by magnesium prices. The current price is low, and the downward adjustment space of magnesium companies has narrowed. In the past month, it has been weak and stable.
