According to the monitoring of SunSirs, on December 22, the average price of nitric acid in the domestic area was 2,050 RMB/ton, and the average price last week was 2,066 RMB/ton, down 0.81%.

Analysis review

Anhui Jinhe’s quotation was about 2,000 RMB/ton, which was down about 50 RMB/ton from last week; Shandong Helitai Chemical Co., Ltd.’s quotation was 2,200 RMB/ton, which was the same as last week; Huainan Audley Chemical Products Sales Co., Ltd. quoted concentrated nitric acid at 2,030 RMB/ton, which was 50 RMB/ton lower than last week; Wenshui County Synthetic Chemical Co., Ltd. quoted at 1,950 RMB/ton for concentrated nitric acid and 810 RMB/ton for dilute nitric acid, and the price of concentrated nitric acid was the same as last week; Shaanxi Xinghua Chemical offered 1,950 RMB/ton. The nitric acid market has slowed down compared with the previous period, and some regions have slightly lowered their quotations.

According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of upstream liquid ammonia increased by 0.51% from December 14 to December 22; downstream aniline, on December 13, the price of aniline in Shandong was 7,600-7700 RMB/ton; the price of aniline in Nanjing area was 7,900-8,000 RMB/ton; on December 20, the price in Shandong area was 7,600-7,700 RMB/ton; the price of aniline in Nanjing area was 7,900-8,000 RMB/ton, the average price was the same as last week.

Market outlook

The raw material liquid ammonia market is relatively good, and the nitric acid analyst of SunSirs predicts that the price of nitric acid has limited room for decline.
