September 11 2020 14:59:56SjunSirs(John)

Price trend

According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, the dichloromethanen market in Shandong remained stable after rising. As of September 10, the average price in Shandong was around 2,280 RMB/ton, an increase of 4.59% from the beginning of the month and an increase of 0.88% from the same period last month.

Analysis review

At present, the dichloromethane market in Shandong is in the wait-and-see stage after the rise. The high price of the raw material liquid chlorine and some traders began to stock up before the holiday. The price of dichloromethane has risen and the enthusiasm for receiving orders in the downstream market has declined recently. The market transactions have slowed down. Holders mainly wait and see. At present, the price of dichloromethanen in Shandong is about 2,250-2,280 RMB/ton, the price of dichloromethanen in Jiangsu Lee & Man is about 3,000 RMB/ton, and the price of dichloromethanen in Jiangxi Lee & Man is about 2,400 RMB/ton.

In the upstream market, the methanol market is affected by corporate maintenance and downstream demand. In the short term, positive factors still exist. Traders have a better bullish attitude. The current price is around 1,802 RMB/ton; the liquid chlorine market is at a high level and the company’s shipments are smooth. The mainstream quotation in the industry is around 800-1,000 RMB/ton.

Refrigerant downstream market stocking peak season has passed, market demand is not good, sales are average, downstream has limited acceptance of high-priced refrigerants, cautiously wait and see the market, and the enthusiasm for catching up is not high; the pharmaceutical and agricultural solvent industry has started flat, supporting dichloromethanen insufficient.

Market outlook

The methane chloride data analyst of SunSirs believes that the overall pressure on the inventory of dichloromethanen companies in Shandong is not strong in the near future, and the raw material market support is good. Although the purchase intention of the downstream market is weak, the price of dichloromethanen will remain relatively strong. It is necessary to pay attention to the cost side situation.
