The previous value was 1,750,000 metric tons.
By importing country, China sourced LNG from 10 nations during the week of December 29, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Australia supplied 3 vessels totaling approximately 180,000 MT, accounting for about 18% of the week's total imports.
By destination, during the week of December 29, 2025 to January 4, 2026, the South China region unloaded 6 LNG vessels, the Yangtze River Delta region unloaded 4 vessels, and the Bohai Rim region unloaded 5 vessels.
