The latest data from the General Administration of Customs shows that from January to November 2025, China has exported a total of 850,000 tons of meat (including minced meat), an increase of 51.9% compared to the same period last year.
Customs data shows that China's meat exports increased by 51.9% year-on-year from January to November 2025, indicating strong international demand that may reduce domestic pig supply and push up spot prices. Combined with the pig futures market, the closing price of contract 2603 was 11,435 RMB/ton, up 140 points, with a trading volume of 102,136 lots and an increase in holdings of 10,767 lots, indicating optimistic market expectations for demand growth and favorable futures prices. Reason for rating: The significant increase in exports is a major positive factor and is expected to continue supporting the upward trend in prices.
