SunSirs: National Grain and Oil Information Center: Expected Weak Situation of China Palm Oil Prices in the Near Future
October 31 2025 14:59:47     SunSirs (Selena)
Recently, multiple negative factors have continued to accumulate, and palm oil prices at home and abroad may remain weak and volatile. Firstly, the increase in palm oil production since October has exceeded market expectations, and exports have been weak. Inventory may continue to accumulate at the end of the month. Secondly, India's palm oil imports in September fell to the lowest level since May, and it is expected that procurement demand will further decrease after the Lantern Festival in October. Thirdly, the expected cooling of Indonesia's B50 diesel production policy may be postponed until the second half of 2026, and there is still significant uncertainty at present.
