SunSirs: Ukraine's Rapeseed Processing Volume Slightly Exceeded 250,000 Tons in September

APK Inform reported that Ukraine's rapeseed processing volume in September was slightly over 250,000 tons, setting a monthly high. This is also the first time that the domestic crushing volume has exceeded the monthly export volume of rapeseed (236,000 tons).
From late September to early October, Ukrainian rapeseed exports slowed down as the government was expected to exempt soybean and rapeseed producers from a 10% export tariff. In this context, the supply of rapeseed has decreased.
Multiple processing plants have reported that their rapeseed delivery volume is low, and rapeseed processing may have been completed before shifting to sunflower seed processing.
