SunSirs: U.S. Corn Export Inspections for the Week Ending September 11
September 17 2025 10:07:41     SunSirs (Selena)The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Weekly Export Inspections Report shows that U.S. corn export inspections exceeded the upper end of the expected range last week, increasing by 5% month-over-month and 166% year-over-year. For the week ending September 11, 2025, U.S. corn export inspections totaled 1,511,691 tons, compared to a revised 1,443,179 tons the previous week and 568,915 tons the same week last year.
Before the report's release, analysts had expected corn export inspections to range from 1 million to 1.5 million tons.
No U.S. corn shipments were made to China that week, nor were there any shipments made last week.
So far in the 2025/26 marketing year, U.S. corn export inspections totaled 2,161,461 tons, a 105.7% year-over-year increase and a 34.8% increase last week.
So far in the 2025/26 marketing year, corn export inspections have met the USDA's target by 2.86%, compared to 0.89% last week.
