According to the SunSirs’ Commodity Market Analysis System, domestic adipic acid prices have been rising steadily since July 22, driven by favorable factors. On July 22, the average price of adipic acid was 7,066 RMB/ton. On August 6, the average price was 7,300 RMB/ton, a 3.3% increase.
Analysis review
Since July 22nd, prices for adipic acid raw materials such as benzene and cyclohexanone have risen, fueled by increased demand from the plastics industry and driven by an overall increase in adipic acid manufacturer prices. Domestic adipic acid market transactions have improved, and the market was heating up. As of August 6th, the average market price of adipic acid rose to approximately 7,300 RMB/ton, an overall increase of over 3%.
Market outlook
