SunSirs: Canada's Rapeseed Exports Reached 60,000 tons in the Week Ending July 27.
August 05 2025 10:53:16     Statistics Canada data shows that while the pace of Canadian wheat and Rapeseed exports slowed in week 51 of the 2024/25 marketing year, cumulative exports for the current year are both higher than the previous year. Canada exported 60,000 tons of canola in the week ending July 27, 2025, compared to 200,000 tons the previous week. Total exports so far in the 2024/25 marketing year are 9.49 million tons, up 39.2% year-over-year and 40.9% year-over-year last week.
Canada's marketing year for grains and oilseeds (wheat, durum wheat, barley, and Rapeseed) begins on August 1 and ends on July 31 of the following year.
