SunSirs: Brazil’s Soybean Exports are Expected to Reach 14.268 Million Tons in May 2025
May 16 2025 09:35:29     SunSirs (Selena)ANEC stated that Brazil's soybean exports in May 2025 will reach 14.268 million tons, a 13% increase from last week's estimated 12.601 million tons.
If the prediction becomes reality, it will be higher than the 13.476 million tons in April and lower than the 13.472 million tons in May last year.
As of the week of May 10th, Brazil's soybean exports amounted to 3.106 million tons; The estimated export volume from May 11th to 17th is 3.989 million tons.
May is usually one of the busiest months for Brazilian soybean exports, with farmers completing their harvest and ample inventory.
In the first four months of this year, Brazil's soybean exports were 40.42 million tons, nearly half of last year's total exports of 97.3 million tons.
