SunSirs: Inspection Report of the US Soybean Export as of the Week Ending May 1

The US Department of Agriculture's export inspection report shows that the inspection volume of US soybean exports has decreased by 29% compared to a week ago and by 10% compared to the same period last year. As of the week ending May 1, 2025, the inspection volume of US soybean exports was 324,101 tons, compared to a revised 457,844 tons last week and 358,179 tons in the same period last year.
So far in 2024/25, the total inspection volume of US soybean exports has reached 43,461,547 tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.2%. Last week, it increased by 11.3% year-on-year, and two weeks ago, it increased by 10.9%.
So far in 2024/25, US soybean exports have reached 87.5% of the annual export target, compared to 86.8% last week.
