Data from the National Bureau of Statistics show that in November 2024, China's steel bar production was 16.745 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 6.6%; the cumulative output from January to November was 179.333 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 13.4%.
In November, China's medium-thick and wide steel strip production was 17.510 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.5%; the cumulative output from January to November was 195.086 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.7%. In November, China's wire rod (wire rod) output was 11.237 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.5%; the cumulative output from January to November was 123.753 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 2.6%.
In November, China's raw iron ore output was 81.152 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 9.3%; the cumulative output from January to November was 952.263 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 1.9%.
