SunSirs: Live Pig Price Continued to Decline This Week (March.23-27)

This week's three hybridization pig prices continue to decline. The average price at the beginning of the week was 35.45 RMB/kg, and the average price at the weekend was 35.03 RMB/kg, down 1.18%.
Since the beginning of late March, the demand of the terminal meat market is still weak, and the pig inventory of slaughterhouses has been replenishment to a certain extent and the purchase price continues to be depressed. The continuous weak adjustment of the pig price prompts the farmers to keep their intention of selling. The domestic pig market supply is relatively loose.
This week, domestic corn prices rose slightly, and soybean meal prices rose sharply. Private farming costs continue to rise, and the cost will be a certain support for future pig prices.
Market Forecast: SunSirs pig product analyst Li Wenxu thinks that under a lot of negative pressure, in the short term the pig price rebound under pressure. In general, the current domestic pig stock is still at a relatively low level, coupled with the continuous recovery of breeding costs, it is expected that the pig price is limited to reduce the space.
