SunSirs: Brazil's Soybean Meal Exports to the European Union and Market Share Growth

According to EU data, the import volume of soybean meal in the EU slightly decreased in 2023/2024, as the decrease in imports from Argentina was only partially offset by the growth in exports from Brazil and the United States.
According to data from the European Commission, as of June 30, 2023/2024 (July to June), the EU imported 9.1 million tons of soybean meal from Brazil, accounting for 58.0% of the total EU imports, higher than the previous year's import volume of 8.49 million tons and share of 53.1%.
