SunSirs: China Domestic LNG Market first Suppressed and then Rose (April 1-7)

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the domestic LNG prices have fallen this week. As of April 7th, the average price of LNG in China was 3,846 RMB/ton, which is 0.62% lower than the average price of 3,870 RMB/ton on April 1st.
This week, the domestic LNG market fell first and then rose. Starting from the beginning of the week, domestic demand for LNG has performed poorly, with market supply mainly exceeding demand, and liquid prices continuing to decline. Combined with the decline in imported gas prices, there is a bearish impact. During the Qingming Festival, hazardous chemical vehicles were restricted and transportation was not smooth. After the holiday, transportation resumed smoothly, market trading increased, and liquid prices began to rise.
LNG analysts from SunSirs believe that with the recovery of transportation, domestic LNG prices have stopped falling and risen, and the trading atmosphere has improved. It is expected that the domestic LNG prices will be strong in the short term.
