According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the domestic corn starch price fluctuated slightly last week, with an average price of 3,224.00 RMB/ton for first grade corn starch at the beginning of the week and 3,226.00 RMB/ton for the weekend, a slight increase of 0.06%.
Entering December, the domestic corn market prices continued to be weak, and under the low cost system, the domestic corn starch market prices continued to be weak. The price of corn continues to be weak, and the arrival volume of corn in Shandong and other areas continues to decline. In order to stimulate the arrival of corn, some enterprises in Shandong region raised prices to replenish inventory last week, driving a slight rebound in corn prices in some areas. With cost support, the overall price of corn starch market stopped falling and slightly rebounded, and the domestic corn starch market price fluctuated and moved forward as a whole.
The corn starch product analyst of SunSirs believes that in the short term, the domestic corn market prices will be weak and difficult to improve, and under the sustained weak pressure of raw material costs, the corn starch market prices will operate under pressure.
