On November 2nd, the domestic polyester filament market prices continued to decline, with some mainstream polyester filament factories in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions reducing their prices by 50-100 RMB/ton for certain specifications. Among them, polyester POY (150D/48F) was priced at 7,300-7,600 RMB/ton, polyester DTY (150D/48F low elasticity) was priced at 8,600-9,100 RMB/ton, and polyester FDY (150D/96F) was priced at 8,000-8,200 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The transaction volume in the polyester filament market was relatively light, and the cost support was average. Downstream customers were cautious and wait-and-see, mainly purchasing on demand.
