SunSirs: China Domestic Corn Starch Orices Fluctuated and Declined in October

According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the overall price of domestic corn starch fluctuated and declined in October. On October 1st, the average price of edible first-class corn starch was 3,374.00 RMB/ton, and on October 31st, the average price was 3,274.00 RMB/ton, a decrease of 2.96% during the month.
In October, corn from Northeast China's production areas has been listed one after another. After the National Day holiday, the number of corn listed in the production areas has continued to increase, and the overall pressure on the domestic corn market prices has fallen comprehensively. The cost of raw materials has been under a low-pressure system, and the domestic corn starch market prices have continued to decline in October.
Analysts from SunSirs's corn starch products believe that under the continuous low cost system of raw materials, there is still some room for price decline in the domestic corn starch market in November. Affected by the continuous low processing profits, the overall space for price decline in the corn starch market is limited.
