According to the commodity market analysis system of the business community, the price of domestic corn starch dropped in the week after the Mid Autumn Festival. On October 6, the average price of edible first-class corn starch was 3,374.00 RMB/ton, and on October 13, the average price was 3,320.00 RMB/ton, a slight drop of 1.60% overall.
In October, corn from the production areas has been listed one after another. After the National Day holiday, the market volume of corn from the production areas has continued to increase, and the overall domestic corn market price has come under pressure. The raw material cost has been kept under low pressure, and the domestic corn starch market price has also slightly decreased after the holiday.
