On June 8th, the commodity price index (BPI) stood at 910 points, a decrease of 1 point from yesterday, a decrease of 32.24% from the highest point of 1,343 points in the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 37.88% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016. (Note: The cycle refers to the period from December 1st, 2011 to the present)
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on June 8, 2023, there were a total of 42 commodities with a month on month increase in the list of commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical industry sector (14 types in total) and the agricultural and sideline sectors (7 types in total), with commodities with an increase of more than 5% mainly concentrated in the agricultural and sideline sectors; The top three rising commodities were Sanqi (7.40%), TDI (2.44%) and Naphtha (2.31%). There are a total of 63 commodities that have decreased month on month, mainly in the chemical industry (31 in total) and agricultural and sideline industries (7 in total), while commodities with a decrease of more than 5% are mainly concentrated in the chemical industry sector; The top three products with a decline were polycrystalline silicon (-6.17%), DMF (-3.16%), and n-butanol (industrial grade) (-2.91%). The average daily increase or decrease is -0.07%.
