Last week, the domestic LNG price fell first and then rose, with a slight shock. Last Monday, domestic LNG prices began to fall to this Wednesday. Although the price of feed gas rose, the downstream demand was sluggish. Due to the epidemic situation, traffic was blocked in some areas. The high liquid price began to make up for the drop, and the liquid factory reduced the price and discharged the stock. On Thursday, the domestic LNG market began to recover, and the liquid price stopped falling and rebounded. The impact of the domestic epidemic weakened, and the traffic began to recover smoothly. Last Friday, the domestic liquid price continued to rise. As of October 21, Inner Mongolia offered 6,150-6,550 RMB/ ton, Shaanxi 6,500-7,060 RMB/ ton, Shanxi 6,650-7,100 RMB/ ton, Ningxia 6,510-6,600 RMB/ ton, Hebei 6,850-7,100 RMB/ ton, Henan 7,100-7,600 RMB/ ton, Sichuan 6,650-7,200 RMB/ ton, and Shandong 7,450-7,750 RMB/ ton.

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, the average price of domestic LNG on October 21 was 6,332 RMB/ ton, down 502 RMB/ ton from 6,834 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the month, a decline of 7.6%, and 7.88% compared with the same period last year.

SunSirs LNG analysts believe that the domestic LNG market has been in shock and consolidation operation this week, and the price rises and falls are mutual. At present, the market demand is general, and the market trading is weak. With the improvement of transportation and heating in winter, the industry is in a strong bullish mood.
