Analysis review

This week, the market demand for ammonium sulfate weakened, the popularity decreased, and the market was stable. As of the weekend, the mainstream ex-factory price of coking grade ammonium sulfate in Shandong area was 1,000-1,100 RMB/ton, the mainstream ex-factory price of coking grade ammonium sulfate in Hebei area was 950-1,050 RMB/ton, the mainstream ex-factory price of coking grade ammonium sulfate in Shanxi area was 900-1,000 yuan, and the mainstream ex-factory price of Caprolactam grade ammonium sulfate in East China was 980-1,050 RMB/ton.

The price of compound fertilizer continued to rise this week, with an increase of about 120 RMB/ton. As the price of raw materials continued to rise, the cost of compound fertilizer increased, and the price tended to rise but difficult to fall. Manufacturers carried out more pre-orders, and new orders decreased. In the short term, the price of compound fertilizer may continue to rise.

Market outlook

The ammonium sulfate analyst of SunSirs believes that the current coking grade ammonium sulfate is less popular than the previous period, and the price is adjusted slightly, with mixed fluctuations. The market for internal grade ammonium sulfate is stable and the market demand is limited. It is expected that the ammonium sulfate market will be adjusted within a narrow range in the short term.
