ANEC said Brazil will export 7.8 million tons of corn in August 2025, down from the 8.05 million tons forecast a week ago, but up from 6.4 million tons in August last year.
Corn exports from January to August this year are estimated at 17.4 million tons.
ANEC estimates Brazil's corn exports this year at 45 million tons, up from 37.8 million tons in 2024.
ANEC's estimates are based on ship schedules at ports. Actual exports may be affected by factors such as weather.
