On June 10th, the commodity price index BPI was 850 points, unchanged from yesterday, a decrease of 36.71% from the highest point of 1,343 points during the cycle (2021-10-19), and an increase of 28.79% from the lowest point of 660 points on February 3rd, 2016.
According to the price monitoring of SunSirs, on June 10, 2025, there were a total of 39 commodities that showed a year-on-year increase in commodity prices, mainly concentrated in the chemical sector (13 in total) and the rubber and plastic sector (7 in total). The top three commodities with the highest increase were potassium hydroxide (2.45%), methanol (2.02%), and phenol (1.70%). A total of 55 products experienced a month on month decline, mainly in the chemical industry (32 products) and textile industry (7 products). The top 3 products with the highest decline were antimony (-2.57%), butadiene (-2.42%), and isopropanol (-2.26%).
