The market price of ECH had fallen this week. According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of March 15th, the average price quoted by ECH enterprises was 8,075.00 RMB/ton, a decrease of 0.92% compared to Monday's price.

Price influencing factors:

With the support of the ECH market, costs still existed, and profits had been reduced, resulting in weak intentions of enterprises to ship at low prices.

Supply and demand side: The industry's capacity utilization rate was below 60%, and the supply side commonly supported the market. The weak demand side dragged the market, and the follow-up of terminal demand was slow. The main downstream epoxy resin market was operating in a sluggish manner under cost and demand gaps, the procurement volume of raw materials was relatively limited, mostly mainly followed up with small orders and moderate volume. The shipment of holders was under pressure, and the focus of negotiations in the ECH market had slightly declined.

Market outlook

Analysts from SunSirs believe that short-term cost support may continue, but supply and demand support is weak, and industry sentiment is insufficient.
