Latest customs data shows that in October 2025, China imported 24.3 tons of epichlorohydrin, down 44.9% month-on-month and 51.5% year-on-year. The average import price was USD 1,619.4/ton, up 3.2% month-on-month and 32.4% year-on-year. China exported 3,271.4 tons of epichlorohydrin in October, down 49.7% month-on-month but up 29.0% year-on-year. The average export price was $1,716.5 per ton, rising 10.5% month-on-month and 59.7% year-on-year.
From January to October 2025, China's total imports of epichlorohydrin reached 514.9 tons, down 5.4% year-on-year. Total exports during the same period amounted to 64,747.3 tons, down 16.7% year-on-year.
From January to October 2025, South Korea, India, Taiwan Province of China, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates accounted for the top five export destinations, collectively shipping 58,498.7 tons, representing 90.3% of total exports. Exports to South Korea reached 26,464.3 tons (40.9%); India: 21,050.4 tons (32.5%); Taiwan Province of China: 4,533.4 tons (7.0%); Thailand: 4,403.0 tons (6.8%); United Arab Emirates: 2,047.6 tons (3.2%).
