Price trend

On February 15, the domestic acetic anhydride market was weak and adjusted. The peripheral delivery price of domestic acetic anhydride enterprises was 5,200-5,350 RMB/ton, which was a weaker adjustment compared with the quotation of the previous trading day, and the actual transaction price was based on negotiation.

Analysis review

The price of raw acetic acid fell, the market of methanol stabilized, and the cost of acetic anhydride decreased. The acetic anhydride factory started operation normally, and the acetic anhydride factory resumed delivery. Downstream customers purchased mainly on rigid demand, and the demand for acetic anhydride was general. The upward momentum of acetic anhydride weakened and the downward pressure increased.   

On the whole, the acetic anhydride market declined in a weak way.
